What do we need to know about physical activity?
Most people tend to focus on one or two types of exercise and think everything is great. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. There are five different types of exercise; Aerobic, strength, flexibility, balance and resistance. We need all of them. Some individuals will need certain types more than others, but balance is essential for the longevity of your body, mind, health, and happiness.
We are all busy, tired, stressed out and overworked, and trying to figure out how to incorporate physical activity can get a tad overwhelming and intimidating. We can work together to find the right combinations and ways to make a plan that fits with all of the other facets of your life.
