What is nutritional literacy?
Food-ducation goes way beyond learning to track Macro’s, reading a nutrition label or trying the latest supplement/shake line. It is balancing what YOUR body needs to get optimal performance mentally, physically and emotionally, with your means and lifestyle.
There are hundreds of different dietary theories. From theories based in ancient China up to moden theories like the Keto diet or the MILF diet (yes, the MILF Diet is a thing, and it means what you’re probably thinking it means). We want you to separate the “fad” from the facts. The fact is, every BODY is different. Your diet should be built with all of the pieces of you in mind. Your lifestyle, family, where you live, where you were born, ancestry, finances, what you’ve tried in the past, and most of all it should be built with you as the expert. No one knows your body better than you do.
